• Maintaining established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program, and patient/customer safety standards
  
• Teaching WOFL classes, CAP classes and implementing the three step model in the CAP class
  
• Updating the coaching material and training tracking report and coordinating the assembling of training materials.
  
• Proactively evaluateing process improvement and WorkOut request in the Service Area
  
• Provideing assistance to managers who need help making process changes
  
• Supporting Black Belts to help facilitate putting together process maps
  
• Educating/coaching Senior Leadership, Sponsors and Managers on CAP and WorkOut content, roles and execution requirements
  
• Presenting CAP/ WO overview at department meetings and orientation of new employees / new leaders
  
• Assisting in the maintenance of the OE website with CAP and WO updates

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development or Education related field preferred
  
• Minimum of three years of teaching change management and group facilitation skills
  
• Ability to coach senior management and managers in group settings
  
• Ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent projects and to work cross-functionally with managers and other leaders
  
• Good project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
