Job Description:
A global investment bank has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced BB. The programme is at an exciting phase where they are integrating the operational processes across the globe. With a top down approach it is an influential programme where you will really be able to make a difference.
They are looking for a BB with LEAN experience who has ideally had some financial services experience but more importantly someone who has a strong delivery track record. Someone who can influence at all levels and is happy to facilitate difficult discussions. They need someone who is quite passionate about driving change and has the communication skills as well as the technical skills to really be effective.
