Job Description:
A prestigious Retail Bank is looking for a strong LEAN Sigma BB to join their successful central team in London. This part of the programme is the pilot for the global model and is looking at more capability on an end to end basis. This means that the opportunities are immense for the right person if you are able to prove yourself by delivering results and really embedding the change.
The programme is well established programme with a top down approach. Currently covering most of the operational areas in the bank they are looking for someone who has a strong delivery track record, a good analytical capability as well as excellent communication skills. This person will have a banking or insurance background or at least experience within a complex matrix style organisation ideally on the operational side.
