Job Description:
One of the most passionate and dynamic LEAN teams that we know is looking for an additional LEAN consultant as the programme goes from strength to strength. Formed to turn a recent acquisition of a telecoms company around they are now operating across approximately 90% of the business to change the whole ethos and culture of the company.
The role will be based in the call centre part of the business where you will be part of the team that shapes this part of the organisation into a completely LEAN business which will be used as a model for the rest of the global operation.
You will be dynamic and passionate about what you do and able to work and thrive in a very dynamic and fast paced environment. You will have a very strong LEAN and project management background. You will be very good technically as well as having strong interpersonal skills.
