Job Description:
As a member of the Corporate Controller’s Group, this position will be responsible for comprehensive project management duties related to the organizational and strategic operations for corporate wide controllership projects. While these projects will change over time, their initial focus will include establishing process management systems as well as leading six sigma controllership projects to successful completion. Additionally this position will mentor Green Belt projects as necessary and provide leadership in facilitating the deployment of Six Sigma throughout the Global Reporting Group to enhance the Six Sigma DNA. This position will report to the Director of Strategic Initiative Management, Global Reporting and will have matrixed support to the VP’s of Management and External Reporting.
Requirements:
•Proven Project Management Skills
•Demonstrated ability to lead change; strong change management experience
•GB Certified or equivalent project management experience
•Minimum 5+ years business management experience including Finance/Audit or equivalent relevant experience
•Strong process orientation and analytical/problem solving skills
•Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
•Ability to be flexible, to prioritize multiple demands in a matrix organization
•BS/BA degree
Desired:
•Financial services experience specifically consumer products/credit card industry
•BB Certified
•BS/BA Accounting/Mathematics or technical degree
•Master’s Degree
