Job Description:

Blackbelts are fully trained Lean Six Sigma experts responsible for leading and facilitating improvement teams and work projects across the business as part of the Operational Excellence initiatives and for integrating the Lean Six Sigma Methods into the overall quality of patient care, patient safety and best practices utilizing data-driven decision making. Functions as a full-time dedicated subject matter expert working on Operational Excellence/Lean Six Sigma projects. Facilitates break through improvements in key processes that support the overall strategic initiative. Functions as an internal expert who solves difficult business problems for the last time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline. In lieu of degree an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to the tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities listed below will be considered
· Five (5) years of professional experience in management consulting, systems analysis, financial services, and/or project management
· Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
· Black Belt Certification or ability to obtain with 18 months employment
