To ensure sustained success, NCE will involve and engage all employees in manufacturing, procurement and supply chain to deliver continuous improvement by implementing LEAN thinking and TPM (Total Productive Management) best practices across the group.
The roll out will gradually be in different phases throughout the world for the next years ahead. We are looking for a:
GLOBAL “EDUCATION AND TRAINING” MASTER PILLAR LEADER
Main Purpose of Job Overall responsibility for ET methodology implementation in Nestlé worldwide, structuring and supporting the ET Pillar in the markets. Design and standardization of methods and tools among the ET Pillar. Define strategy to develop Internal capabilities Elaborate a corporate ET management model to ensure the consistency TPM in alignment with the indications provided by CO-OP.
Main Responsibilities Methodology • Design Guidelines, Methods Tools and Standards related to the Pillar. Training Provides Training and Workshops on Pillar Methodology and tools to Market Pillar Leaders and CO relevant functions. Coaching • Coach the ET pillar leader on market level in terms of TPM. • Coach CO relevant functions in the centre in terms of ET Pillar • Perform the follow-up of Global Master plan of ET. • Foster Benchmarking Process. Capture and deploy the best practices. Assessment • Develop and participate in the Assessment process for the ET Pillar to ensure the right application of methods. Management • Develop Management Routines of ET pillar. • Perform Global deployment for the Master Pillar and launch Global teams to tackle common losses. • Alignment between Cross Functional Areas, Pillars and Initiatives. • Compliance to the Global Master Plan of ET • Progress of Competence Building plan • ET Drivers Compliance • % ET Assessment Progress (planned x achieved) • TPM implementation according to TPM Reference guide
Skills & Knowledge • HR leadership skills • Good knowledge of TPM and implementation experience. • Train the trainer and facilitator skills • Good influencing skills • Knowledge of Nestle policies and systems • Good understanding of the business needs • Problem solving techniques • Change Management Required Qualifications • Factory experience (5 years +) • Strong Practical experience with TPM implementation (7 years +), preferably with exposure to JIPM award or similar level of implementation • Previous leadership experience (leading others and projects) • Human resource management or training leadership experience (5 years +.
