Job Description:
Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) is a Group Wide Initiative that will accelerate performance improvement across Operations to create competitive gaps and support delivery of the Nestlé model.
It will build on our existing continuous improvement culture, developed over the past years and will reinforce three elements which are critical to how we do business:

To ensure sustained success, NCE will involve and engage all employees in manufacturing, procurement and supply chain to deliver continuous improvement by implementing LEAN thinking and TPM (Total Productive Management) best practices across the group.
The roll out will gradually be in different phases throughout the world for the next years ahead. We are looking for a:
GLOBAL “PLANNED MAINTENANCE” MASTER PILLAR LEADER
Main Responsibilities
Methodology
• Design Guidelines, Methods Tools and Standards related to the Pillar.
Training
• Provides Training and Workshops on Pillar Methodology and tools to Market Pillar Leaders and CO relevant functions
Coaching
• Coach the PM pillar leader on market level in terms of TPM.
• Coach CO relevant functions in the centre in terms of PM Pillar
• Perform the follow-up of Global Master plan of PM.
• Foster Benchmarking Process. Capture and deploy the best practices.
Assessment
• Develop and participate in the Assessment process for the PM Pillar to ensure the right application of methods.
Management
• Develop Management Routines of PM pillar.
• Perform Global deployment for the Master Pillar and launch Global teams to tackle common losses.
• Alignment between Cross Functional Areas, Pillars and Initiatives.
• Align the integration among TPM, M&I and AMM to guarantee the consistent methodological, strategic and systemic management of the Maintenance & Improvement process
• Compliance to the Global Master Plan of PM
• Progress of Competence Building plan
• PM Drivers and KPIs Compliance
• % PM Assessment Progress (planned x achieved)
• TPM implementation according to TPM Reference guide
Skills & Knowledge
• In depth knowledge of TPM and implementation experience.
• Train the trainer and facilitator skills
• Maintenance experience at factory level
• Fair knowledge in Reliability Maintenance
• Good influencing skills
• Good understanding of the business needs
• Good knowledge of Nestle Maintenance strategy and Tools (M&I, AMM , SAM)
• Problem solving techniques
• Change Management
Required Qualifications
• Factory experience (5 years +)
• Strong Practical experience with TPM implementation (7 years +), preferably with exposure to JIPM award or similar level of implementation
• Previous leadership experience (leading others and projects)
• Previous experience as Chief Engineer or Maintenance Manager
