Based in our Collegeville, PA headquarters (suburban Philadelphia), the selected candidate will develop/define, manage and deliver the performance metrics process for clinical trials. Working collaboratively with leaders in Clinical Trials and IT, be prepared also identify/deliver cost savings through process improvement while presenting integrated study metrics to our sponsors. Your ability to develop monthly and quarterly financial reports to track actual vs. budgeted spend, expected spend, and document and communicate variances for each individual study will be essential. Must be able to lead activities related to clinical trials performance metrics including client-facing activities while ensuring that all clinical trails metrics are standardized and accurate In addition to being a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, our qualifications include: - BS/BA degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt required; Project Management, PMP preferred
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in the areas of business process analysis, mapping and design, gap analysis, business process improvement, process management
- Ability to lead/facilitate process improvement sessions
- Understanding of financial reporting both internally and externally
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Knowledge of standard financial practices
- Strong customer service orientation and quality focus
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely
- Experienced at working to achieve targets under tight time pressures
- Lab industry experience preferred
