Process Improvement Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position serves as the process improvement resource to the organization to deliver process improvement results using streamlined integrated processes and performance measures. Provides coaching and guidance in researching and implementing process refinements and performance measurements within CSC departments. Works with the executive leadership on the development of a strategic plan for the organization through review of performance against prior plans and suggested process improvement efforts, and develops strategies for continuous process improvement and monitoring.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Masters degree in Planning, Business, Management Information Systems, or other related field, with four (4) to six (6) years of related experience working with data, process improvement, and reporting. Preference is given to individuals with experience working with balanced scorecard.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the minimum requirements listed.
