Job Description:
Our client is an established management consultancy that is currently experiencing an increased demand for its lean services specifically within the Banking and Insurance sectors.
They have a strong pipeline grown out of existing board level relationships and now require individuals with previous consulting experience or the behaviours that would demonstrate a clear ability to do so.
Ideally, you will have a strong grounding in Lean techniques as you will be tested in your knowledge of the tools and their application.
To be considered for this role you will need to bring solid experience of acting as an internal consultant or change agent with a proven record of delivering Lean projects and transformation projects/programmes and already be a skilled facilitator and advocate of change.
