Job Description:
FTSE 50 business requires experienced LSS Consultant to join an established Business Improvement team charged with identifying opportunities for large scale improvement programmes.
Responsibilities include:
Investigate opportunities by effective & targeted data collection & analysis Build high level view of potential programme benefits & structure
Delivery Operational management of workstream(s) within business improvement programme Engage stakeholders throughout to gain & retain commitment Support recruitment & management of sub-contracted resource as required (in collaboration with the Business Improvement & Change Leader) Ensure effective project and programme governance Ensure delivery of planned work stream benefits Contribute when necessary to other business improvement activities undertaken by the UK Business Improvement Team Develop own skills & capabilities to enable effective delivery of UK improvement agenda Proactively contribute to the development & maintenance of a high performing BI team
