Job Description:
Our client is a leading retail bank about to undertake a major business restructure within operations. The business drivers are all aimed at making operations leaner, streamlined and more efficient.
Their management consultancy partners are currently assisting in the high level design of the target operating model and will subsequently provide many of the process improvement skills required to deliver the changes in mind.
However we are looking for experienced Lean leaders with a strong service sector background to deploy a Lean program alongside this current work.
There are numerous cost saving projects already identified, following a comprehensive strategic review, so your focus will be to pull the internal lean resources together and drive a coherent program which delivers the savings in mind.
