Job Description:
We are currently working for a major Insurer in the UK and require several contract resources to help us create detailed end to end process documentation/ maps (likely to be Visio based) for their Personal Lines business.
Ideally we need contractors with backgrounds in insurance (personal lines rather than commercial or claims) and with deep expertise in Process documentation creation, Process KPI creation, baselining, with an eye to identify process improvement opportunities.
The work will begin early October and last for 3 months. You will need strong communication and inter-personnel skills.
The location of the work will be the North and North East of England.
