1. Black Belt Certified
2. Government/Logistics Experience- Preferred
3. Extensive classroom experience teaching Awareness/YB/GB
4. Extensive experience facilitating VSA and RIE/Kaizen Workshops
5. Extensive experience mentoring full DMAIC projects – demonstrated success in closing projects
6. Results orientated, demonstrated CPI success
7. Stellar written and oral communication skills
8. Experience generating CPI training materials – Awareness/YB/GB
9. Strong Mini Tab capabilities
10. Experience working as a CPI consultant
11. BSc Degree
12. DC based or willing to relocate
13. Willingness to travel
