Job Description:
Key Role:
Design and develop Lean and Six Sigma training and delivery. Develop Lean and Six Sigma consulting methods and ensure the appropriate methodology design and deployment of Lean events, including Six Sigma DMAIC projects. Apply program management techniques to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of products. Develop and manage key client relationships. Manage projects and ensure their compliance. Generate new client opportunities, work with senior management to develop and deliver against account plans, and maintain responsibility for staff development.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience as a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt
-Experience with managing project teams with direct responsibility for people development
-Experience with managing the development and delivery of Six Sigma projects in manufacturing and transactional settings
-BA or BS degree required
Additional Qualifications:
-3-5+ years of experience with a top 5 consulting firm or a large integrator preferred
-Lean Sensei and Shingijutsu affiliation preferred
-Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification preferred
