Job Description:
Key Role:
Serve as part of a team that develops Lean Six Sigma consulting methods and ensures the appropriate methodology design and deployment of Lean events, including Six Sigma DMAIC projects. Design and develop Lean and Six Sigma training and delivery. Support clients with the implementation of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to improve business processes. Coach clients in the use of analytical tools associated with Six Sigma applications. Guide client organizations in managing changes related to the implementation and use of the Six Sigma approach. Apply program management techniques to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of products. Manage projects and ensure their compliance.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt required
-Experience with managing project teams with direct responsibility for people development
-Experience with managing the development and delivery of Six Sigma projects in manufacturing and transactional settings
-BA or BS degree required
