Job Description:
Training Manager needed for Lean Six Sigma program based in Europe. The current staff is based in Munich Germany, but a candidate can stay in their current country as the job requires up to 50% travel. Primary activities include: - Delivers Lean Sigma training curriculum for employees in Green Belt, Black Belt, Lean, DFSS and Change Management training about 40 - 50% of the time
- Mentors Green Belt, Black Belt candidates and serve on Certification Panels
- Develops, creates, enhances or improves training materials for existing and new programs
- Performs other assigned activities such as project assignments and supporting Kaizen's
Position Skill and Experience Requirements
You would need to have in-depth knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and be a certified Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
Preferred to have 2-4 years experience delivering Lean Six Sigma Training. Other requirements include a University degree in Science, Engineering or Business. 10 years equivalent experience and multiple years of positive accomplishment.
Desirable skills Experience in delivering training in multiple languages, English being the primary delivery language. Previous pharmaceutical industry experience a plus. Excellent teamwork and leadership skills, a strong quality orientation and a great communicator.
