Job Description:
Director, MBB Trainer
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborates with clients and stakeholders on cross-organizational improvement opportunities
• Trains all LSS levels and develops new Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belts
• Provides leadership, mentoring and guidance to others
Functional Competencies:
• Applies multiple, complex functional principles and processes to address critical, non-standard business challenges
• Educates internal/external customers on various technical issues; collaborates with a network of experts to provide comprehensive counsel and identify effective solutions
• Collaborates with relevant parties to prioritize the development of internal/external customer solutions
• Leverages methods and approaches for data collection from other internal/external sources and best practices to address complex processes, situations or issues
• Engages stakeholders by asking thought-provoking questions; maintains an open-minded attitude to generate possible solutions
• Leads team(s) through change efforts; collaborates with appropriate parties to translate strategies and plans into an effective change model that considers cultural and diversity implications
• Demonstrates significant experience in applying contemporary improvement tools and producing results for a business segment
