Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Lean Six Sigma Deployment Leader, TSA at our Minneapolis, MN location.
This position encompasses the following:
-Provide active leadership and support to assigned climate control plants and business support areas (finance, aftermarket, supply chain management, etc.) as they deploy lean six sigma methodologies to achieve operations excellence. The main area of responsibility is Climate Control Technologies North America, but with a broad perspective to the entire organization. -Ensure consistent, rigorous operations excellence methodology is deployed and executed globally across Climate Control. Utilize appropriate mechanisms to manage and track transformations and their impact.
-Deploy the Lean policy and roadmap to Operational Excellence. Learn, apply and teach the Six Sigma method.
-Develop infrastructure tools and supporting materials and conduct workshops that foster the cross functional deployment of Operations Excellence. Improve Operational Excellence competencies at each assigned CC location.
-Develop training, transfer knowledge and follow up progress
-Assist with six sigma project and candidate selections, mentor and coach lean leaders, six sigma greenbelts and black belts on their projects assuring the DMAIC process is adhered to and the project gains are sustained.
-Influence assigned manufacturing facilities and functional support areas to assure their transformation plans are aligned with the Operational Excellence Deployment Road map. Build bridges with all departments such as Quality, Supply Management, Design Engineering, Marketing and develop a holistic approach to improve the business. Work with global business and site operations leaders as an active mentor, coach and technical leader in the deployment of Operational Excellence using the methodologies of lean and six sigma. Assess targeted locations to improve order to cash lead times through Lean/6 Sigma techniques. Effectively communicate results by sharing best practices and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in related field (Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Management, Engineering)
-Team leadership in a cross functional environment
-5-10 years related experience |
