Requirements
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and have clinical experience, RN experience is preferred. This candidate will also have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management. Candidate will have previous experience with Lean Six Sigma and be a Black Belt or obtain their Black Belt within 18 months of starting in the role.

Black Belts are fully trained Lean Six Sigma experts responsible for leading and facilitating improvement teams and work projects across the organization as part of the Operational Excellence Initiative. They are responsible for integrating the Lean Six Sigma Methodology into the overall quality of patient care, patient safety and best practices utilizing data-driven decision making which ultimately results in greater value for the services provided to our patients. Functions as a full-time dedicated subject matter expert working on Operational Excellence/Lean Six Sigma projects. Facilitates break through improvements in key processes that support the overall strategic initiative. Functions as an internal expert who solves difficult business problems for the last time.
