Requirements
For this critical role, we seek a highly motivated professional with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physical sciences and five years of engineering leadership experience. You must have completed Lean Six Sigma training through the Black Belt level. The position demands exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, project management and facilitation skills. Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), Lean Manufacturing and Process FMEAs is preferred. Some travel is required.

Continuous Improvement Leader/Specialist

We’re a global technology leader seeking an ambitious professional to serve as the senior internal consultant for continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) related improvements in quality and productivity in Production, Sales and Supporting Departments. You will be responsible for helping individual business units deliver results through the development, improvement, and implementation of Lean Six Sigma process.
You will facilitate, mentor and train individuals in the use of Project Management, Procurement and Lean Process improvement techniques as you clearly demonstrate their positive impact on business units. The position involves defining and prioritizing improvement projects while utilizing Value Stream Mapping and other concepts to identify high opportunity/high impact projects.
