Requirements
Formal Project Management experience and certification (Prince or equivalent) coupled with a track record of working with business analysts, ensuring project outputs are well documented etc is an essential requirement.
You must be currently based in / near to London and be highly mobile (travel will be required in June/ July to locations including KL, Houston, Singapore etc). Our client is willing to offer an initial 6 month contract term.
You must be able to start in April.

Job Description
We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Business Change Manager to prepare stakeholders globally for the delivery of a new business service line to an Energy and Marine customer base from July 2012 onwards.
An experienced Change Manager, ideally you will have worked in the engineering sector with experience collaborating End to End with diverse business functions (Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance and HR) to assess the need for business change (run impact assessments) and to subsequently plan and direct the programme change management strategy across the business, globally.
You will have experience chairing business change Steering Groups (working with/ reporting to Director level), managing the resolution of key project risks and issues and working with Group communicartions and project managers to plan and deliver effective communications to internal stakeholders covering all aspects of this change programme in a pre - go live environment.
