Requirements
Morpheus would like to talk to Lean experts (at Master/Sensei level of capability) to join our client's world class Continuous Improvement team.
You must be able to evidence proven Lean deployment experience across complex global businesses and exude executive gravitas and a proven ability to coach VP's/ EVP's upstream and downstream in the Oil Industry.
Furthermore, you must possess a strong commercial mindset and be a self-starter with a can-do attitude. This position will require skilful navigation of large improvement initiatives across both national and organisational boundaries with complex change requirements and will therefore be both a tremendously challenging and rewarding opportunity for the right individual.
This role may suit someone with an Industrial Products background who has grown up in a process led industry. We would be especially keen to hear from Lean experts currently enjoying successful careers within a world class Operational Consultancy, as well honed Consulting and influencing skills are a pre-requisite for this position.
Note that this role will require a large amount of travel.
