Qualifications/Requirements:
• 5-10 years Marketing and/or Product Development experience
• BA/BS with concentration in Business, Marketing or related work experience

Job Description
Customer Solutions Developer
Responsibilities:
• Develop both marketing and product customer solutions, which includes identifying customer needs, developing and identifying solution concepts, validating concepts with sales and customer, quantifying the opportunity and developing a business case, driving through appropriate internal toll gate processes (NPI, Commercialization, etc.), executing implementation plan
• Commercialize solutions including working with sales to identify target customers, working with marketing communications on supporting marketing elements (collateral, email, events, promotion, etc.), working with training team to identify and develop training needs (internal and external)
• Develop performance metrics to track results. Work with sales operations to automate collection of data and develop dashboards when needed
• Serve as customer segment specialist (Credit Union, Community Bank, etc.) which includes identifying customer needs through existing and new channels (customer roundtables, conferences, trade associations, etc.), develop segment strategies, drive and report segment performance versus operating plan, own segment value proposition, lead cross-functional segment teams
