Requirements
The Master Black Belt will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for entire organization. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional team empowered to execute process improvement stategies
• Communicate business process gaps through effective problem statement and project definition tools
• Drive adoption of process improvement culture across organization through cross-functional collaboration and implementation of process improvements
• Improve customer satisfaction and reduce process cycle time and touch time through timely execution of process improvement projects
• Facilitate, train, and coach team members in the use of process improvement tools
• Work with company leaders to identify and assess process improvement opportunities
• Constantly seek, share, and implement best practices
• Apply process improvement tools to improve capability, customer service and eliminate errors
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
• Communicate teams’ progress to senior management
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 7-10 years as a certified black belt preferably in financial arena
• Minimum 10+ years project management skills
• Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization
• Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; statistically literate and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools
• Demonstrated commitment for process improvement
• Customer-focused in defining quality and establishing priorities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Executive level presentation skills
