Job Description
We have an urgent need for an experienced and seasoned Lean Consultant to create a sustainable CI/Lean programme across the Middle East and North Africa. Based out of Dubai, you will advise the Leadership team of an Upstream International Oil and Gas Business on deployment approaches and strategies for Lean.
You will work with commercial partners in the region on their deployment strategies and pilots/demonstrators. This will require someone who has the fortitude to travel around the region (e.g. Iraq, Egypt, Oman and Saudi) and will need strong cultural sensitivity with the ability to interface with both Senior Leaders and the front line.
It is anticipated that you will start with a few selected projects to create impact, interest and momentum and train and coach leaders and staff to establish underlying capability/competences.
You will ideally have Upstream Oil & Gas experience, speak Arabic and already be based in the Middle East or be prepared to be based out of Dubai for 6 months with extensive regional travel.
