1. Login to your Employer Account:

If you don’t have an Employer account yet, you can create one:

2. Click the “Post Job” button in the upper right-hand corner (quick link).

3. Fill in the required fields in the “Post Job” form.

If you have a paid membership with job slots available, you will see an option to select it. Otherwise, you can select to post a 30- or 60-day posting for a fee, or opt to purchase a package before posting a job.

Some recruiters and employers prefer to post a job anonymously. If that’s the case for you, you can change your company name per job posting in the following area:

Note: If you plan to post more than one job, it is more cost-effective to purchase the “1 Month Membership” package listed on the pricing page:

4. Preview your job posting. Make an edits you prefer. Publish it — it will go live immediately!

2. Click the “View Posted Jobs” link in the right-hand Employer Menu column (quick link).

3. Click the job title or pull-down the options and click “Edit job”.

4. Make edits and save. Your changes will go live immediately!

2. Click the “View Posted Jobs” link in the right-hand Employer Menu column (quick link).

3. Click the job title or pull-down the options and click “Edit job”.

4. Check the “Yes, this position is taken” checkbox.

Alternatively, you can select pull-down option “Mark as filled”.

2. Click the “# Applications” link on your employer panel (quick link).

3. View your applications. Click on any name to view their cover letter and resume.

2. Find the job you want to republish, either in your active listings or expired listings section.

3. Use the options pull-down for the job of interest, and click the “Republish” option. All the data from the previous entry will be copied to a new job posting. Follow the “Post a Job” instructions to republish it.

If you don’t have an Employer account yet, you can create one:

2. Ensure you have purchased a Membership that includes resume access, such as the “Resume Access Only” package.

You can view your purchased Memberships on the “View Your Subscriptions” page (quick link).

Resume access is also included in the “3 Month Membership”, “6 Month Membership” and “1 Year Membership” packages.

3. Click the “Search Resume Database” menu item (quick link).

4. View resumes that fit your search criteria.

For example, if you’re searching for Candidates who have financial services experience, you may want to search for “financial services”, “transactional” or even “GE Financial”. Your search goes across the Candidates filled-in experience fields on their resume. Think strategically.

Or, if you’re looking for a “quality technician” it’s best to search directly for that phrase:

5. When you find Candidates you like, we suggest you “Save Resume” as soon as possible. This will ensure you don’t lose track of them.

To save a resume, when viewing the resume, click the “Save Resume” button in the upper right-hand corner of the resume details area.

6. To view saved resumes, visit the “Saved Resumes” page (quick link).

2. When you find Candidates you like, we suggest you “Save Resume” as soon as possible. This will ensure you don’t lose track of them.

To save a resume, when viewing the resume, click the “Save Resume” button in the upper right-hand corner of the resume details area.

3. To view saved resumes, visit the “Saved Resumes” page (quick link).

2. Click the “View Your Subscriptions” option in the Employer Menu sidebar.

3. Any purchased and active subscriptions will be highlighted with a green button.

4. Membership details, such as expiration date and purchased capacities are listed. You can also renew a membership that is approaching expiration or has expired.

2. Click the “Edit Company Profile” option in the Employer Menu sidebar.

3. Edit your details and press the “Update Profile” button. Changes will go live immediately!
