The Continuous Improvement Program Facilitator is a key resource in driving performance improvement through the use of the Guthrie Clinic’s Lean Management System. The Program Facilitator serves as the primary resource and expertise on Lean principles and methodology and is responsible for teaching and coaching directors and front- line staff in regards to the application of Lean methodology
1. Three years of progressively responsible work related to Lean principles highly desired.
2. Cross-functional leadership experience in clinical care, administration, operations or quality highly desired.
3. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 5 years prior (healthcare) process improvement experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
